Location: Cala Galdana is on the southern side of Menorca just outside of the town of Ferrerias on the westerly side of the main road.
Description: Large white sandy beach with shallow calm waters and fully serviced. Surrounded by one of Menorca’s most attractive tourist urbanisations, the cove itself is a spectacular sight with its perfect half crescent shape and turquoise sea. A popular beach during the summer for tourists.
Perfect For: Anyone looking for both a beautiful beach and all services on the doorstep. Particularly good for families with small children as well as stroller and wheelchair access.
Access Level: Easy. Street parking and car parks close by, short access ramps to the beach level.
Parking: Yes. Car parks and street parking. Advisable to arrive 
early as it’s a popular beach.
Bus: Yes. Direct from Ciutadella three times daily and regular service from Ferrerias to reach other towns.

Food & Drink: Excellent selection of beach bars and restaurants as well as surrounding streets.

Boat Access: Yes. Private mooring available and marked passage to the beach, plus ramp entry on the other side.
Rubbish & Recycling: Yes. There are many rubbish and recycling bins on and around the beach.
Access 1 – From the main road across Menorca the exit for Cala Galdana is on the westerly side of Ferrerias. From Mahon you pass through Ferrerias and it’s the first exit on the left. From Ciutadella it is clearly marked just before Ferrerias on the right. The exit is marked SANTA GALDANA.
Access 2 – Via the sea. Cala Galdana is fully equipped for arrival in boat, kayak or jet ski. There is also a boat ramp available but no available parking for trailers in the immediate area.

Dispose of your rubbish, cigarette Butts included! There are garbage and recycling bins in the car parks and every street. Reuse plastic bags to take your waste to the closest bin.
