UNITED KINGDOM

Alcohol & tobacco – tolerated quantities

  • 3200 cigarettes
  • 200 cigars
  • 400 cigarillos
  • 3kg tobacco
  • 110 litres of beer
  • 90 litres of wine
  • 10 litres of spirits
  • 20 litres of fortified wine (such as port or sherry)

Animal food products and Fruit, vegetable and plant products

If you’re travelling or sending goods from an EU country you can bring in any meat, dairy or other animal products as long as they are free from diseases and for your own consumption. You may also bring in any fruit, vegetables or plant products if they are grown in any of these countries, are free from pests and diseases and are for your own consumption.
